Plusnet Customer Services online chat?

Can someone on Plusnet see if they can connect to Plusnet Customer Services online chat please.

No matter what subject I click on at the "What would you like to contact us about?"
nothing happens, I cant continue.

Starting to wish I had never joined this ISP

When you receive your notice of price increase in the coming few weeks you can leave penalty free like many others.

I got through at my first attempt. I also got cut off as I was too slow at typing at one point. The quality of the responses prior to that left something to be desired.
