If I was a telecoms provider who'd just hiked up its annual line rental 41% in a twelve month period, Karma is the last thing I'd want to be dwelling on... laugh

You have taken the pre-10 July 2014 LRS price and compared it with the post-2 September 2015 LRS. From 2 September 2014 to 2 September 2015 is 19.25%.

Still totally unacceptable, yes, particularly in view of the 10/7/14 rise, but wrongly presenting the figures doesn't help. It just means we have to double-check any claim you make in the future tongue.

I understood the previous hike was September 23rd, but you may well be right - "...in a fifteen month period..."
