especially as 24/7 support is in the advert.

ispreview got lazy I guess copy and pasting what was given to them by plusnet marketing instead of doing research.

If the only way plusnet can get customers is by bribing them they got issues.

Plusnet is getting cheaper than chips.

Does the "remote rural area outside ISPs low cost area" not actually apply to the whole of Market 1 area?
If it does I suggest much of the population pays the higher figure
