they are notified when DD's are stopped. Just an automatic email...

Just out of interest, which ISP are you with?

Your profile says Sky FTTC, so I suspect is correct. Your sig still says Plusnet. (I deduce you have sigs turned off tongue smile).

Why did you leave Plusnet please? There's nothing obvious in your posting history without reading them all, which I don't feel is appropriate.
