Service quality

There have been lots of comments recently from those who are not happy with the service they are getting from Plusnet, and the tendency on internet forums is to only to hear from those who have a problem.

I thought I would balance things a little and say that my service has been and remains as good as I am going to get on my line. If anything it has got a little faster recently since the introduction of g.inp.

I admit I have not tried ringing support, but I have not needed to.
