Somthing up with my connection

Recently I've been noticing that netflix will drop out in the evening and sometimes i get disconnected from xbox live.

This is my latest wired speed test:

For the last few days my tbb graph has been doing this... I don't even know whats going on here:

My ping seems to randomly spike
