They missed out, " You do not have to say anything but it may harm your defence if you do not mention when questioned something you later rely on in court, anything you do say may be given in evidence."

For people who still mention MACs it is probably worth saying "gaining provider led" rather than GPL - especially as googling for GPL is generally going to find things about the GNU General Public License and not about moving broadband suppliers...

There has never been any such thing as a MAC code. (In relation to broadband migration that is).
