Just phoned plusnet - cut off after 20 minutes, cut off after40 minutes. Webchat went to wrong department.
Finally got through lots of excuses - it the volume of customer leaving talk talk, etc. Promising to sort out training 300 new people - but not until New Year.
Asked about the webmail platform which has been flaky for 18 months+ in the new year.
Its all Talk Talk at Plusnet and no action - its a pity they used to have the best customer service going, not any more but they haven't invested enough or fast enough and the platform is struggling.
When organisations get overloaded like this mistakes get made - will Plusnet be the next Talk Talk ?
