Having been told my broadband wouldn't work with Plusnet until my phone line was with them: no explaination as to why, but hey, I'm only a customer.
Just received an email to say phone line is now with them, but still no broadband.
Any bright ideas as to what I can do to get this sorted please? Latest response to a ticket, opened on 1 Dec. on the subject, is from a rep closing it and referring me to a ticket on router p&p. [sigh]

Did you receive the 'are you sure you want to move letter' from your previous voice and broadband provider(s) nothing is meant to happen if its been done as a migration for 10 days

Does your order list in your Member Centre show a broadband order?
This is what I kept warning about. With luck it is just that CS need to activate the broadband part of your account. Possibly Openreach haven't notified them yet.
The indispensable man or woman passes from the scene, and what happens next is more or less the same thing as was happening before.

I noticed Bob Pullen posting in Kitz a couple of hours ago so they are around. The probably don't post here when their business is under pressure as they know they will have the rise taken out of them relentlessly.

I wouldn't go that far, but I wouldn't dismiss them if you had a selection.
