No phone for 2 weeks

Can anyone have a nosey at ticket #118297730 please.

My phone was cut off 2 weeks ago. All my neighbours came back up 3 days later but me. An openreach buddy tells me that the problem was resolved with the faulty cable 3 days after everyone was cut off.

We don't often see PlusNet reps on this forum these days. Have you posted this on the PlusNet forums as well as more chance of someone seeing it? Or even using twitter to give them a prod?
