Painfully slow imgur.com

Anyone else having speed issues with imgur.com, most often used for Reddit? It has been painfully slow for me for a few weeks now.

When using my iPhone or iPad, as soon as I switch off WiFi and go onto Vodafone 4G, it works virtually instantly.

I've switched back and forth from Google DNS to OpenDNS, reset my modem/router, etc. with no luck.

There is a community thread about this, where some are blaming the IWF proxies.
