They check a delta report from Openreach three or four times a day. But the update can fail - either the line doesn't appear in it for some reason, or the reading of it has a bug.
The delta report for your line is only issued when the true IP Profile changes, which in turn happens when both a re-sync takes place and the PPP session is dropped and a new one started.
You could try triggering a new report by re-sync'ing, preferably closing the session first. I don't know if just closing the PPP session then starting a new one triggers it if there is no re-sync but I doubt it.
"Chat" may be your best option. Just tell them and ask them to correct it.
