No night-time support, so Joe must keep a strict sleep routine. More ads, and less support coverage...it's all about quantity of customers, rather than quality of service.
No good pushing for more customers when they can not handle what they have got.
From the look of their forums they will have no problems taking on more customers. There's possibly a network fault affecting people on one IP block and a (maybe related) couple of issues relating to iPlayer but otherwise it all looks good.
