Line Rental Saver refund?

Anyone ever had a LRS refund from PN under such circumstances i.e. price increases?

I believe some have managed it, but even then you should not expect anything more than the difference between what you have paid for the year in LRS and what it would have cost you if you had paid monthly up to that point.
