Ticket 149352115 - routing issue ?

I have had issues reaching a US based hosting service and went onto the PN chat facility to try to resolve it. When told to submit a traceroute on a ticket, I assumed it may get 'bogged down' for a bit, but was assured 'oh no, we're pretty much up to date on tickets" by the CS person I spoke with.

He created a ticket 10:29, 09-05

I added traceroute .. 10:38, 09-05

Ticket 'escalated' ... 14:12, 09-05 ("to correct pool")

and there it has been since Tuesday.

My connection dropped once or twice over the last few days but I have a fixed IP and various other things (like watching TWiT.tv and YouTube) work fine.

If any staff at PN do still look in on the TBB forum, it would be nice if you could say how many tickets before mine, or whether it has just been "in limbo" ?

Not really expecting much to happen but felt I could post and query before I go grey, or lose my hair

Gosh no - been 5 years or more since I last looked in and can never remember any login details to be honest. However, as an update, seems like the ticket has been in limbo all of last week - I just had other things filling my time and am now reminded it's still a problem...
