Am I mistaken in thinking that Plusnet falls under "Consumer"?
Who exactly are Plusnet's "suppliers"? Why are Plusnet so coy about it? It seems like 7 lots of sloped shoulders.

What about Plusnet Business broadband?

They are usually referring to Wholesale & Openreach

I assume that BT management have decided that they do not like one branch of BT publicly blaming another branch of BT when things go wrong....

plusnet are a stand alone business

The are supported by openreach in same way as every other communications provider is

so no sure what point you are trying to make

The Plusnet CEO is not on Plusnet's payroll. He is on BT's. There is no way I can think of that influence on such matters as referring to "suppliers" rather than BT Wholesale and Openreach could be detected or prevented.
