Seem interesting as the speedtest from thinkbroadband was pretty rapid faster than before when traffic prioritisation was removed.

Must have been because of the 1948GB per day throughput they knew was being released by you Philce wink.

Slow speeds, laggy browsing, viop calls dropping, poor streaming (netflix etc)

Since the network change speeds have been erratic.

I was on 80/20 with them for over 4 years.

Ive moved to a much smaller ISP, more expensive, but in 2 days the difference is massive.

Latency instantly dropped from 25mS to less than 10mS.

Which ISP are u with? It's a good job my fibre and phone line with PN contract is now expiry. I am free to move away if I wish so.

Let us know how good a retention deal was offered, I found the deal offered to me for 20CN ADSL wasn't any where as good as previous years, but I still decided to stay with PN as I've found the connection to be reliable over those years.
