It's bad enough you want £49 to re activate the line thats already here - but come on..

That's PN for u. They getting worse now. My mate just ordered from PN, the next available activation date is 11th October. So, he cancel it. And went to BT instead and got activation date for 13th September.

PN is useless now.

I already have them, i wanted another way to Netflix when i am off work - but I just got offered Three's new go binge on 100GB for £13 a month - so I took that instead.

No need for a second line now - problem solved. I was just shocked at the timescale

If what you say is true then Openreach need reported to ofcom as all ISP's should have equal treatment/priority.

Are you sure you are providing a fair comparison? What are BT installing on 13th September?

I've been a customer since they started, I have some contracts already. Trust me they offered it to me for £13 or AYCE for £15 but ACYE is slowed down - I am told the 100GB one is not

He order it a week ago not today.
