When is the hub coming?

Ordered PlusNet Fiber 2 weeks ago, confirmation has been received of the BT Engineer visit for the new line and the new line number has been emailed but no mention of the PlusNet hub.

Just wondering if PN send out a dispatch email or something? BT visit is next Monday that's all.

Perhaps I'm getting your hub instead. I've been with Plusnet for 5 years, on FTTC, suddenly out of the blue at 12:10hrs today I received an SMS from Plusnet, saying my router was in the post.

I called them and they said it�s on it�s way.

Couldn�t tell me when I was likely to receive it so who knows.

With BT I got my Hub on day of activation, same with TalkTalk.
