A migration of FTTC when the cabinet is full is known to almost always cause loss of FTTC.
As soon as the user's connection is terminated in order to connect to the new ISP the next on the waiting list gets that connection. Leaving the original user bereft and at the bottom of the list.
Several posters on these forums have suffered this.
The OP needs to check his number on the
BT Wholesale site and report back what it says.
