Good Evening,

I am having issues accessing the PN Forum at community.plus.net

The system does not recognise my password, I send a reset link, which I get. I go to reset my password and I get: "Correct the highlighted errors and try again. Sorry, we are unable to reset your password." There are NO highlighted errors and no matter what password is used, it won't reset.

I have tried Chrome/IE.

Obv I cannot get into the form to tell PN the issue.

I can post something in the Community Forum asking someone to come over here and help you out if you like. Plusnet reps do pick up things here sometimes, but it's rather erratic.

What's your user name on that forum?

According to the password reset e-mail I get: CJT80

It get's confusing with Forums. I am on here, PlusNet and BT community forums, with similar usernames

I only registered with PN to help my Dad when he signed up with them. Same previously with BT, except i am now moving to BT next week.

Hello again, apparently there is a CJT80 and a CJT-80! Can you confirm which of these it is?

Hello according to the automated e-mail I get with a link to reset the password it's CJT80
