Slow PN tonight

I just noticed netflix is very slow to load and I check websites as it painful slow but after a quick check on speedtest.net on single thread, it was 72Mb down but failed on upload. Could be PN network issues or exchange congestion? Been checked via BTw speedtest:

I have disconnect from plusnet gateway and reconnect and it now all ok. Upload now 19Mbps. I haven't disconnected from plusnet gateway for 3 months!
