Business signup issue

Already have one business broadband connection with plusnet and looking to add another.
Unfortunately, it seems their website can't cope with this and I have to phone up instead - it just pushes me to my account when I try searching for products..

Not exactly helpful or user friendly

I'm guessing they have a relatively small number of customers for this scenario so creating the necessary code to support it isn't something that will show much of a pay off.
