Just migrated to plusnet yesterday - unlimited fibre and line only telephone.
Decided to add unlimited calls but before I confirmed it, I noticed they'd removed the sign-up discount - would mean I'd be paying £53 a month. (so backed out of that!)
Is that a billing foul up or can't you change your package without losing the discount?
Wish I could ask them but their online chat is offline and its at least 30 minutes on hold on the phone.
