Fibre discount removed when adding unlimited calls package

Just migrated to plusnet yesterday - unlimited fibre and line only telephone.

Decided to add unlimited calls but before I confirmed it, I noticed they'd removed the sign-up discount - would mean I'd be paying £53 a month. (so backed out of that!)

Is that a billing foul up or can't you change your package without losing the discount?

Wish I could ask them but their online chat is offline and its at least 30 minutes on hold on the phone.

Thanks for that - just had a look. There are a few horror stories in there - not feeling good about moving to Plusnet now tbh. Seem to be a lot of problems with the £75 cashback as well - which I should be getting and can see nothing in my account details about now.

Is it too late to back out once you've migrated?

Changing calls package does not alter the contract or discounts. Sadly Plusnet's order screens falsely suggest otherwise but the bills will be correct.
