It used to. It specified the charges by the contract start date and other factors.

I'm sure you are just as capable as I am to look through it and find the one relevant to yourself. And possibly more accurately than a phone rep.

If you log in to your account and look at "Manage Account/Account Summary" it will tell you whether any cessation charge is active.


I believe this page no longer there anymore. Plusnet has updated change layout in Manage Account

This mean your account site haven't been changing yet by Plusnet. I just see my parents plusnet account because I am admin for them as I am responsible for them due to them both on OAP and it all changed new fresher look account now.
