Mid-contract offer

A friend who's with Plusnet (I get the referral bonus!) saw that her bill was going up. I think it was a surprise to her though it certainly isn't for most of us. She phoned Plusnet and was offered a new contract (probably 2 yeras) with upgrade from 40/10 to 80/20 along with a couple of quid less per month.

She doesn't need the extra speed but it's probably worth having for the discount.
