Win 10 and Firefox no problem.
Win 10 and Google Chrome Version 116.0.5845.111 (Official Build) (64-bit) no problem.
Win 10 and Edge no problem
Win 10 and Slimjet Version 40.0.2.0 (skin on Chromium 114.0.5735.16 (Official Build) (64-bit)) unsupported protocol method.

Same version of chrome as you are using, error only shows on Win 10 machine.

I cannot see any difference in the versions on Win 10 and Win 11.

Your browser is refusing the SSL connection as its doesnt have the correct TLS1.2 enabled.
It could also be that Windows update needs to run to check the certificates and install newer ssl encryption

I Would suggest returning your browser to defaults or check TLS 1.2 is not disabled in the browser
if you know how to check cypher details
