Migration time

So I've signed up for PN, it says 7-10 days for migration. Just wondered if it happened faster or slower in the real world?

Hi Mapster,

Once we have placed the order, this should generally take 5 working days as this is the standard BT lead time for most orders.

I signed up with plusnet on 8/11. It went live just after 08.00 today 14/11. They kept me up to date by email at all times so I am very pleased. How can a company owned by bt be so much better than its parent?

Hi

My parents line was activated today, but according to the order tracker on the website, their free wireless router has yet to be dispatched. How long does that normally take? An activated line is not much good without a modem or router.

Note, this is a new order, not a migration.

Hi,

The hardware has been dispatched today, so you should receive this by Friday.

Apologies for the delay.
