Usage allowance question

Our son has just gone live on Plusnet - ordered in early December. He has a monthly allowance of 60Gbytes (8am to midnight, midnight to 8am is 'free'). Is that 60Gb both uploads and downloads, or just downloads (as with my ISP, Eclipse)?

Downloads plus uploads count towards the monthly usage.

BTW, make sure you check our website again. We launched an Unlimited product in Mid December. That may be better!

As I said in my original post he's already on Plusnet BB+phone, ordered in early December when he and his wife moved into their new property in Kent. The telephone went live about 2 weeks ago, and the BB went live on Monday (28th) so I guess he has no option for the time being but to stay on the product he's on.

He'll be able to account change over to the new product if it suits. Definitely worth a look.

However in doing so he might lose any introductory discount - but talking to the customer options team he might be able to come to a satisfactory arrangement.
