Trying to migrate from Ukonline to Sky.

I am having problems trying to migrate from Ukonline to Sky. (LLU easynet to LLU easynet).
I got my MAC code from Ukonline.
Entered MAC on sky online ordering. and ordered.
Order is now cancelled by sky as BT will not accept the MAC code due to been duplicate order ( I am allready on the Easynet LLU)

Now been told the only way is to cancel broadband and reorder as new connection.

help there must be some UKO customers which have migrated to SKY or is it not possible.

I did, entered a MAC got my router within a week and I could use it even though I was technically still with Ukonline.

Lucky man, how did you pull that off? im in the same situation as the OP.

I done the same migration a year and maybe a month ago..

I didnt bother with the Online forms though. I rang up instead.

I didnt use the online forms either. Ive not made any progress so far with sky, it seems they wont do anything without a mac code.

Ive now gone with plus net, so ill stay with them for abit then move to sky later, it seems transfering direct is impossible without cancelling UKOnline first.

no i did it, i asked ukonline for a mac then put it in skys online form.
