Drops Session Most Nights at This Time

Hey Im with Sky Broadband "Sighs" I just got it reconnected there now. But every other night, it drops the session (not sync) and then 10 minutes later comes back up again. There are a few errors building on the line but there isnt enough to worry about (been keeping an eye on it in work ;-). Any advice, Line stats r fine.

Which Sky service ? Connect, Mid, Max ?
