One off �25 activation fee for existing customers

Hello all.
Thinking of comeing to Skys Max 16 mb service, just looked on there website it says there is a One off �25 activation fee for existing customers, is this right i am an existing customers.

The policy seems to change from month to month. Talk to customer services, you may be able to strike a deal.
