DLM ended - noise margin still large ?

Hi,

I switched to sky last month on the 15th so DLM should have finished now.

I just logged into the router and found the stats:

ADSL Link Downstream Upstream
Connection Speed 13307 kbps 832 kbps
Line Attenuation 15.5db 8.6db
Noise Margin 11.0db 10.5db

The noise margins are high, is this normal for sky? I should be getting near 20Mbit and full upstream with my stats.

I did wonder if the snow/ice caused issues during DLM, so if it was worth asking to be put back on it again.

Ring up and ask to be put on the Gaming profile

Thanks, back up to some sort of sensible speed, I've tweaked my router to aim for 6db noise margin now, it was at 3.something.

I need to do some internal testing now with another router so I can get some proper stats from it and work out where I'm losing speed from.
