Signal Issues Gone, Now Security Issues with PS3

I received a new router from sky today, this was to replace the Sagem Router they previously supplied due to poor signal.

Now I have a Sky branded D-Link and the signal is perfect but.......

I can no longer connect my PS3 wirelessly using WPA/WPA2 mixed mode.

It just times out.... I have checked the Encryption Key and it's all correct, it just doesn't want to connect. If I disable Security then there is no problem. For some reason it doesn't like the encryption anymore.

Any ideas please, it's driving me mad!

This is going to sound strange but I changed the Encryption Key to that of all numbers and now the Ps3 will connect, for some reason it won't connect when using the default key provided by Sky

Why would this happen, if it can connect with all numbers, why not all LETTERS?

Case sensitive with regard to letters?

The key was all capital letters as stated by Sky and it showed capitals within the router also

I changed mine as soon as I got it but there must be something maybe they made a mistake with the case sensitive

I checked and it was all caps within the router, just changed it to the default and it doesn't like it at all...
