Phone number for talking to them about Sky

Does anybody have a number for talking to sky that is either a land line one, 0870 or a free phone. I have tried various and all say phone the 0844 number, as if I am going to pay extra to ask about their products when in theory I should have all number inclusive of my talk package.

It is free to call any Sky contact centre (numbers starting with 08442 to Sky) during the free period of your call package.



If you have Skytalk freetime you can call Sky free of charge after 7pm on weekday evenings and anytime on the weekend (this is for up to 1 hour)



And if you are on Skytalk Unlimited you can call Sky free of charge anytime of the day during the week and weekends (for up to 1 hour)

Alternatively call 150 and select the option you require TV Broadband or Talk this will get you through to support.

im on free weekend and evening and dial 150 on my phone i havent been biilled for these calls - so i presume its free!

I dial 0800 028 7855..

They replied to my query that the 0844 support number is included in your
inclusive calls. It is a shame their guide to call charges doesn't reflect that. Oh
well I have it in writting if they try to charge me now.
