Any advice before speaking to Sky would be most helpful. My stats are below. Sky estimated 7Mb. Thanks
ADSL Link Downstream Upstream
Connection Speed 3304 kbps 510 kbps
Line Attenuation 53.0db 31.4db
Noise Margin 3.9db 17.5db

Usual checks, are you in master socket? do you have a test socket to try it in? changed filter to make sure its not causing the issue? making sure you aren't using any extensions?

Have you had ADSL before? If yes, was it similar connection speeds then too?

Should get higher with a 53db attenuation...
Mine is below also with 53db
ADSL Link Downstream Upstream
Connection Speed 6240 kbps 896 kbps
Line Attenuation 53.0 db 31.5 db
Noise Margin 2.8 db 9.0 db
Without adjusting the snr margin i nomally synch at just over 5000kbps with a 7db margin..
