what is Sky LLU like

OK keep thinking about anytime+ that is only available if I use sky as a BB provider. Assuming I sync around 8M (I currently do), is the sky network responsive??

ive been with them a few weeks now had a little problem with my line to start with but they sorted it for me quite fast. My pings are about 40-50 so a little high compared to my virgin media which was always around 15 but this has not affected me in any way. And any one on sky will tell you the pigs are a little higher than most providers if anytime is important to you then its well worth the switch especially at the price (with tv 12.50 with tv/talk 7.50)

bottom line id recommend them.

There's also no traffic shaping or management on sky LLU so its truly unlimited.

Ask to be put on the gamer profile.

It'll drop your pings down.

I have been with them a couple of months and been very pleased with them and the speed. For the anytime you need a new black sky plus box or the HD one., which we don't have.

Been with sky for a few months now and must say its not too bad also switched from virgin. On the gaming profile pings are around to 20 - 30 mark.

Also been on Sky a few months (moved for Anytime+).

Been very good all in all. Not as good as BeThere were but are still the 2nd best ISP I have ever been with.

Connection Since December 2010.

Can't fault it to be fair.

It really is unlimited and no traffic management.

I'm on the gaming profile so get ping's around 30ms.

Also, the price is an added bonus

I've been on sky for around 2 / 3 years...

I switched to VM in the middle as I had some line issues which were taking so long to resolve. Believe me I soon moved back!

Nothing is restricted, 24/7. You can't go wrong.

Excellent network, gaming has never been better, even with the slightly higher ping 27 - 30 versus 18 - 20 on fastpath.

The network is supremely stable and very responsive at whatever time you need it.
