Exceptionally slow speeds today (NEEHN exchange)

Is anyone experiencing very slow throughput today on LLU? I am on the NEEHN exchange currently.

Spoke to soon, it seems to have returned to acceptable levels now. Throughput is circa 7.7Mbps, which isn't fantastic but avoids stuttering iplayer/bbc news stream.

Post if you're having issues today though, interesting to see whether this was just a transient glitch.
