packetloss while gaming?

hi all,

quick question been on sky since feb and speeds on the most part are ok. recently during gaming i noticed im suffering from packetloss between 1 - 7 - bad enough to notice .
I have posted on the sky support forums but just seem to be getting ignored by staff!

Anyone else having a similar problem?
