Call from Sky today.

Got a call today on my 2nd phoneline - I have the TPS on it and it's plugged into my Sky+ HD box. Fairy nuff.

This indian guy said that he was from Sky and that he was calling to ask if I would go through a satisfaction survey with him...
I never use this phone for calls, could you email me it?
We don't send emails I was told.
That's ok I said, I don't accept calls on this line (Sky know this), goodbye.

I receive feedback emails from Sky and, they are filled out with honesty, compliments, and praise - I wouldn't for him.
Praise when due, and it can go the other way too. I'm always honest.

Sky are goood.

Edited to add: TV package only - BT line - line rental paid in advance - NO broadband on this line.

Sorry i have to ask this but if you don't have broadband or use the line for calls what's it for well except the sky box

It was used for line bonding but I cancelled that within weeks. That was the sole reason for it.

Have to keep the line for [at least] 12 months, so the years rental was paid in advance (worked out cheaper) and it was put into the Sky+ HD box. It isn't going to waste.

My normal line has my Be* Unlimited broadband on it. It's a much faster line.

Yea lol i understand now . Im switching to BT for FTTC in September (FTTC threw digital region not BT infinity or resold but phone still hase to be with BT). And im going to also get the the super saver thing too saves £47 a year that's almost 2 months broadband
