SIPGATE

I'm having trouble connecting to sipgate today from my Sky connection (www.sipgate.co.uk). It works OK via a 3G connection, so I guess its a problem on the Sky network. Anyone else seeing this?

I have the problem too , I dont know why Sipgate is not working from last night , I dont know what is my broadband but I think it is sky as well , do you have any suggestion to work with Sipgte phone , I dont have a 3G connection .

I have the same problem, im with sky too.
I cannot get onto their website either. Could be sky blocking sipgate.
Im in contact with sipgate and they are looking into it.

Fingers crossed it is sky causing the problems and not sipgate.

I have had the same problem contacted Sky no joy not our problem outside our network. Contacted and run tests with Sipgate support same answer.

At least one thing i now know I am not in the boat alone. I have been tearing my hair out all day as this is a business telephone.

I have 4 lines with sipgate and all business too. Still waiting for sipgate to get back to me.

Im guessing it is sky fault. I have over the last 18months had no end of problems with sky and the helpless support. Never their fault always something else. Ive finally got my mac code to move away from their poor service and excuses.

Its back. Sipgate sent me a note to say that the problem was fixed, so maybe more their issue than Sky.

Thought sky wasn't for business use though?

Its not allowed for fulltime pirated software/movies/games but it is still done
would it be ok just for voip home use?
Voip is very efficient on bandwidth, not like those guys downloading pirated movies, games, software full time.
