I notice you are quoting Sync Speeds and IP Profiles as "bands" from Kitz's Speed Calculator. You should ignore the IP Profile; they are not relevant to LLU. The "adsl2+ (LLU)" line is the one you want.
Your line should be capable of about 16 Meg as I told you elsewhere, but I doubt you yourself can tweak it with that Sky router.
Be patient! Remember you are only on the 2nd day of the training period. However I seem to remember that Sky's Target NM is 7 dB, whereas the norm is 6 dB. That could take up to 0.5 Meg off your Sync.
