New connection

I no its early my connection to sky is today pluged and connected my sky router my laptop says connected but when I try to go on the net the router web page comes up no broadband connection
Hope I've got it all down posting this with my iPhone

NO BROADBAND CONNECTION DETECTED
The router has failed to dectect a broadband connection.

The sky router should be pre-configured for WiFi it doesn't need to be altered. Just plug it in following the instructions and put the WiFi key in your laptop/phone.

i no that now when i was trying to get connected i thot i was changing things was just wondering what one i should have because ino i changed it and dont remember what it was set at

WPA2-PSK (AES) is the most secure of those options.

As long as your various devices can work with that, use it.

How long does it take for my connection to go up its sitting at

Don't unplug the router for the next 10 days. Sky connections start slow and gradually increase in speed.
