Sky FTTC with a SKY telephone line

I assume that when I order SKY FTTC that the broadband will be served through the BT Openreach FTTC network, but the telephone line will remain connected to the SKY equipment and not be ported back to BT. Is this correct?

You have to have a Sky telephone line for Sky FTTC correct. The voice side of the line isn't touched by the FTTC.

The data side goes through the Openreach DSLAM and onto Fibre and at the exchange the fibre is interfaced to the Sky Broadband equipment.

Correct infact when I moved to FTTC sky actually moved my line from BT's network to Skys SVBN.

I'd had Sky Line-Rental/Broadband on the line for several months before I went over to FTTC so I was slightly surprised by this as I thought they'd already moved the voice side of it over to their network when I'd moved over to them initially but apparently not.
