Sky Fibre without Sky Talk?

Hi, I'm a Sky Broadband Unlimited (LLU) customer (+ Sky TV), but I don't have Sky Talk i.e. the phone service is from another provider (so it's an SMPF line, if I've got my terminology right?).

I'm looking to upgrade to fibre broadband, and was wondering if it's possible to take Sky Fibre broadband without also taking Sky Talk?

(Sky Talk's lack of outgoing call barring makes it a non-starter.)

It's not an option for any Sky broadband package any more, fibre or ADSL (except for Connect, that is). Any upgrades automatically get the line switched to Sky/Sky Talk now.

You will need to ask Sky if you can upgrade your BB w/out taking their landline. Certainly new custs with Sky cannot get their BB w/out their landline.

I'm in same boat with EE.

I had my phone with BT and broadband with Sky and when I upgraded to fibre they wouldn't keep my phone service with BT. SFU, as far as I know, has always required a fully unbundled line.

Most mass market ISPs need you to take their line rental now.

Sky won't even offer standalone BB without you taking their line rental and calls now.

How if the exchange is non LLU?

If the exchange is non LLU Sky will not offer fibre in the area.

As for ADSL non LLU customers are put on Sky connect with a 40GB usage.
