DLM adjusting down but happy with the resulting 18ms

After three months of having Sky BB it started a new line training yesterday and after the second 're-jig' this morning I went from a 2000 sync to 1900, speed went down to 16Mb from 17Mb but my latency has been reduced considerably to only 18ms (it was 58-60ms before). So I'm happy with that.

Out of curiosity is it possible that the sync has been lowered so that I get the full 16Mb and not over as I've noticed they don't advertise their BB as 20Mb (if I remember correctly) but it's currently sold as up to 16Mb. I was just wondering if that the case. Again I'm happy with 16Mb because 1Mb less, one can hardly notice the difference.

The 16 figures in sales mean 10% get that speed from testing. So it is not a cap ie there will be higher speeds for some

Actually it's still says the same information I got back in June. So I guess the line got some noise and I got 'demoted'
