Line speed seems stable (and good), and I don't hear any crackling on the line, etc. I know that Weymouth is meant to be underoing a fibre roll out, so maybe it is being caused by that, but certainly The Kelly Cowboys have been no where need my local cabs (new or old) in the last few months.
