I had sky broadband (ADSL then fibre) for about 7 years and most of the time when calling I got through to a UK based call centre - the Indian centres seemed to be more to cover peak time call volume.
I've since switched to BT. I signed up at the end of October and every time I've called I've been connected to an Indian call centre. Also, I'd say that BT's Indian staff aren't nearly as good as Sky's.
