Sky outage?

So exactly 1 week to the hour after i get switched to sky from Be, i have a service outage!
Down for 20 minutes, syncd with the exchage but PPPoA couldnt establish link.
Is this going to be a regular thing? And was it a widespread occurance? (happening just after midnight today)

Bit miffed really...rarely had ANY issues on Be and exactly one week after...sigh.

I use Sky for my second line and outages are rare, though tend to only use the line in the evenings

I happen to have been using a network monitor for the last 3-4 days checking against some specific sites. There are checks every 5-10 seconds being performed.I have not had any disconnect issues with the SKY service, although I do see a small 5% ish slowdown for about 1/2 hr to 1hr from time to time. I assume this is when SKY do some mtc work, or the traffic is busy on my exchange.

Does not explain your issue, which could be some form of upgrade, which we will never know. The question is "overall all" is the service working and if not I would raise a service ticket, as is working here.

I had the same outage, I had thought I was moved from Be to Sky a while ago though.

I haven't paid much attention to my I.P but it seems to now be 78.86.121.* (Sky Network Services) vs the old O2 I.P below (Telefonica Uk Limited).

Disconnected because idle timeout reached

I also had a WAG54GS - excellent router for what it cost/was.
