I want to migrate from Sky unlimited broadband. My telephone is with BT so I need a MAC apparently. Sunday evening requested a MAC via live chat. The operator wanted to know why I was leaving, I told them I didn't want to discuss why I was leaving and to please action my request for a MAC. The operator continued with the retention speel. When I told them I wasn't interested and to action my request for a MAC they terminated the call.
I emailed Sky complaints requesting a MAC I provided my full name and account number. They replied that the details supplied don't match their records, and want me to supply, My full name and account number
Still waiting for a reply. If this continues they can stuff the TV contract as well!
